Terms of Service – Flownath

These Terms govern your use of Flownath ("the service"), operated by Flownath, based in Canberra, Australia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Flownath.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flownath.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.

2. Free tier and limits

The free tier currently allows up to 5 collections per organization and 10 links per collection. We may change these limits at any time. We may also add paid plans in the future.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the links, files, names, and other content ("Your Content") that you put into Flownath. By uploading Your Content, you give us a limited, worldwide license to store, display, and serve it for the purpose of running the service for you — for example, to deliver a PDF when someone scans your QR code.

You are responsible for Your Content. You promise that you have the right to use and share it, and that it does not violate the law or anyone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flownath to:

Send spam, phishing pages, malware, or scams.
Distribute illegal content, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
Try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
Bypass our limits, security measures, or rate limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Our service

We work hard to keep Flownath running well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Features may change, and we may add, remove, or stop offering parts of the service at any time.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using Flownath, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your account creates a security or legal risk. When an account is closed, your collections, links, and uploaded files may be deleted.

8. Disclaimer

Flownath is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flownath and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you — for example, by email or by a notice in the app — before they take effect. Continuing to use Flownath after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Canberra, Australia.
